Chocolate Brownies

Firstly grease and line a 23cm
x 33cm tray. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees fan bake.
In a saucepan melt over very
low heat;
375g butter
375g dark 70% chocolate
meanwhile mix in bowl;
6 eggs whisked
500g sugar
2 tblsp vanilla essence
In another bowl mix;
225g flour sifted
1 teasp salt
Mix chocolate mix into egg mix.
Slowly add flour, beating to ensure there are no lumps. Bake in
23cm x 33cm tray for 20 minutes at 180.
These brownies come out wobbly
in the middle.
Leave to cool, then;
MUST leave in fridge
overnight in tray before cutting & eating.
Can be cut and left in an
airtight container in the fridge for weeks. Perfect for lunch boxes,
tea parties or a served as a desert with sorbet.
