22.12 Winter Solstice Yoga (at LTCO or via Zoom)

Join us for a special yoga hour with Ange from Satanama Yoga to celebrate the Winter Solstice on Friday 22nd December at 7.30pm.

You’ll experience an hour of gentle vinyasa flow by candle light and a ‘welcome back the light’ meditation in our workshop before we close for our Christmas break.

We will serve local honey and fresh lemon drinks or tea with homemade mince pies after the yoga to end the calming and gentle evening guaranteed to get you in the perfect mindset for a wonderful Christmas weekend.

7.30 pm to 8.30 pm Yoga then hot drinks, mince pies and happy vibes 8.30 – 9 pm.

Our Workshop is located at Kilduff Farm, near Athelstaneford just off the A1 or 15 minutes from North Berwick.  Address: The Cart Shed, Kilduff, EH39 5BD.  Parking outside the workshop.
