Evening Meditation 8pm with Chloe FREE ♡

Join Laura + Chloe for an hour long guided sleep and healing meditation.  Listen to Chloe’s voice as she guides you to settle and let go of stress, calm your mind, and embrace relaxation as her soothing guidance and gentle sounds ease you into rest.

Meditation reduces activity in the amygdala, the brain’s fear and stress centre. This leads to a drop in cortisol (the stress hormone), helping to reduce anxiety and improve overall emotional well-being.

During this session Chloe will be using our Lavender Pillow Mist within her meditation to encompass a calming atmosphere, helping you unwind into restorative state.
