Our Favourite Scottish Beaches ☀️⛱

When creating our new ranges, we’re inspired by Scottish beaches and the coastline. We encompass everything coastal from the smells and scents to things that would be handy to have. Our SS21 textile range is all about the long summer days spent at the beach. Our products are versatile enough to be used as picnic rugs and towels as well as blankets and wraps for the cooler nights.

North Berwick

Obviously we had to start here! North Berwick is arguably one of the most famous Scottish beaches due to it’s association with the seaside town! North Berwick has given us huge amounts of inspiration as well as some cracking lunchtime walks! Be sure to grab some fish and chips or an ice cream from Alandas if you’re visiting!

Gullane

Another East Lothian beach! Gullane is brilliant if you’re looking for somewhere to windsurf or fly a kite. The beach has paid parking available at Gullane Bents meaning that you can park the car and not worry about it whilst enjoying your wild swimming, dog walk or beach barbecue.

Elie

Fife has an amazing array of Scottish beaches to offer! Elie beach is perfect for everyone. There’s watersports, beer gardens, dog walks and a huge amount of beautiful holiday homes (if you’re quick enough to book)! As well as the beach, Elie offers two golf courses, tennis courts and the infamous chain walk!

West Sands, St. Andrews

Famous for it’s appearance in Chariots of Fire, West Sands in St. Andrews is a beautiful long, sandy beach set between a gold course and the sea. West Sands was a winner in 2021 in the Scottish Beach Awards which celebrate the cleanest, most sustainable beaches.

So grab your things, pack your LT Co. towel and head to the coast!
