Use the natural shampoo regularly for a minimum of 10 – 14 washes to allow your hair to transition to the new shampoo.

Wash in two stages:

1/ Use a small amount of shampoo to remove the majority of dirt and grease – rinse thoroughly

2/ Take a slightly larger amount of shampoo and form a rich lather, running the shampoo over the full scalp – rinse thoroughly
