House Tour: Apartment with Art
When I can across this apartment I was intrigued by the art works. I’m currently searching for art for my home and was interested in how the paintings within were curated and displayed.
Everything in this home has been displayed as art. From the television mounted on the wall surrounded by a collage of different prints and paintings, to the trinkets and treasures found on the coffee table.
The works within the children’s bedroom are also really fascinating. I love the painting above the cot of a little girl holding a cat. Something that every little girl loves to do is cuddle a fluffy cat and it made me smile!
So are there any tips on buying, curating and hanging art?
No. It’s all personal choice. Go with what you like and ask yourself; will I look at this time and time again and see something different? Will I enjoy looking at this image for years to come? If so, go for it. Be bold and be extravagant!
