Detox Health Beauty 2019

Last Saturday 11th May, Laura and I returned to Archerfield Walled Garden for Detox Health Beauty. DHB is the largest Wellbeing Festival in East Lothian, run by founder, Sheena Skinner.

Having been last year, and loved the feel-good vibes of the event, we were delighted to be asked to join again this year, which proved to be even bigger and better!

From fitness to food, treatments to talks, there is definitely something for everyone. And it was great to catch up with so many of our lovely friends and LT Co. followers at the same time.

We were back in the Barn this year, as part of the Health + Lifestyle Zone, alongside our friends at Belinda Robertson and North Berwick, based clothing brand Madsurf.

We launched our new YOGI Candle. Made to awaken and clarify our minds when practicing yoga or meditation or simply for relaxing!

We were so lucky with the weather again this year, and although the day had started slightly cold and cloudy, we ended up with glorious sunshine.

And couldn’t wait to report back to me at the stand ‘ Wowsers, it was amazing. She stretched our bodies and we lay in the sun in shavasana and never wanted the moment of peace to end’.

Laura managed to sneak away to support good friend Alisoun Mackenzie, in the Barefoot Talks Tent, talking about her journey from stock broker to humanitarian.
